Our goal and mission is to welcome all who attend South Sub on Sunday. We invite you to be a part of the Greeter Hospitality Team to kindly welcome, give direction, and answer questions to all guests. Your happy wave and warm welcome can brighten someone's Sunday!

WELCOME CENTER

Interested in welcoming smiling new faces and giving them the resources to be a part of our church? Join us at the Welcome Center, one of the easiest ways to volunteer, serve God and get to know people!

PRODUCTION
Tech-y | Creative | Detail-Oriented
If you're passionate about the use of technology in worship, sign up for our Production Team today. You will be trained to run presentation software, the sound board, and lighting in the sanctuary in order to foster an environment for our congregation to worship.

Obligation: One Sunday Per Month (12x Yearly)
Timing: 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM
SOUTH SUB KIDS
High-Energy | Nurturing | Caring
Nurture and equip the children of our church who attend Sunday programming and/or Wednesday evening Awana by volunteering with South Sub Kids. Whether you are looking to lead a lesson, become a Shepherd of a small group, listen to Bible verses or lead games, there is an opportunity for you. To become a volunteer with South Sub Kids, a background check is required.

Obligation: One Sunday per month (Sept-May)
Timing: 8:30 AM–10:30AM or 10:30AM-12:00 PM
Obligation: Wednesday evenings (Sept–May)
Timing: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM
CAFE BARISTA
Coffee Connoisseur | Service Oriented
The Coffee Cafe is a fan-favorite on Sunday mornings. Our team preps, prepares and serves our yummy cafe beverages in between our contemporary and traditional services. We welcome you to become a member of our caffeine crew! P.S. a complimentary cup of coffee is on us.

SAFETY & SECURITY
Alert | Detail-Oriented | Mindful
Work with our spirited Safety and Security Team to help to keep our church safe during our weekend worship services and special events. Work with our dedicated team to monitor and maintain the perimeter of our church. First aid and other training provided for all volunteers. To become a volunteer with the Safety and Security Team, a background check is required.

Obligation: Sunday's + Needed Special Events
Timing: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Sunday's)
EVENTS
Organized | Patient | Hospitality Hearted
Join our Events Team to help the events held here at South Sub go off without a hitch! We need your assistance in the set up, break down and facilitation of various events held throughout the week. This volunteer opportunity is not based off a set schedule as hours are based on the needs of the given event.

SOUTH SUB YOUTH
Outgoing | Excited | Lover of Nerf Guns
Our South Sub Youth group is non-stop excitement and fun. From being a team leader in a nerf war, to leading bible study, there is always an opportunity to volunteer. In weekly Sunday School and Wednesday Night group gatherings there is never a dull moment. Come join the fun! To become a volunteer with the South Sub Youth, a background check is required.
