Awana Grnd Prix

·      It is a Pinewood Derby.  ·      Car kits must be purchased from SSAwana.  They can be ordered on the registration form ·      Racers can pick up kits at the church.  Each kit is $5.  ·      Kits can be picked up at South Sub beginning Jan. 5 ·      New this year we will include a race for Middle/High Schoolers and a race for adults. Both groups are welcome to attend the Grand Prix workday on Jan. 22, 2022, where they can have their car blocks cut into shape.   ·      3 years old – High school cars can be judged on design, those need to be turned in by Feb. 7.  Cars that are racing only need to be turned in by 5:45 pm, Feb. 9 ·      We will provide a rules sheet that has all of the care requirements, such as weight and height (Keri is updating it).
